I absolutely love this Hydrosol Spritz! This delightful aromatic Spritz is water- steam distilled from fresh grandfather sage. It is uplifting, energetic, and grounding — all at the same time! It smells a lot like fresh sage leaves and is made from the distillation process of drying out the grandfather sage leaves and is the essential oil molecule. 

Considered a balancing astringent, not only cleanses the air, and makes an excellent base for deodorant sprays and facial toners. It can be used as a single ingredient spray or blended with citrus notes, other spice notes, or herby green notes.

Personally, I love blending sage into room sprays and aromatherapy diffuser blends. The room spray below can be used as is or added to a diffuser for more continuous and distributed use. Sage and peppermint are stimulating aromas, so I would not recommend diffusing for more than 30 minutes at a time. 

Similar to the Spritz, Burning sage leaves and smudge sticks releases clouds of fragrant smoke into the air, cleansing your space of negative energies. We also have smudge sticks for burning.
