Fantastic for smudging but billows a lot of smoke!

These smudging cups light extremely well and the smoke billows heaps. It filled my whole house and I would recommend people make sure they have a few windows open as it gets extremely smokey inside. They definitely raise the energy but I found the billowing smoke too much for my personal liking.
